PAYMENT TERMS Payment Method: PayPal only. Payment Options:I. You may choose to pay 100% upfront before the sketch begins, allowing you to view the entire process from start to finish.II. Alternatively, you may choose to pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the artwork is finished. This guarantees that you will see the sketch before proceeding, but the remaining balance is due before I finalize the artwork and send it to you. Important: If you choose the 50% before/50% after option, the second payment must be made upon approval of the sketch. If payment is not received, the work will be paused until the payment is completed.

REFUND POLICY: Full Refund: If I cancel the order, you will receive a 100% refund. Before Work Begins: If the order is canceled before work starts, you will receive 85% of the paid amount as a refund. During the Drafting Process: I. If you paid 100% upfront, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total cost if you request a refund during the draft phase. II. If you paid 50% upfront, no refund will be issued after the draft begins. Completed Work: Once the artwork is finalized and completed, no refunds will be provided.No Refunds for 50/50 Payment: If you choose the 50% before and 50% after payment method, no refunds will be given.

USAGE RIGHTS: AI Usage: I do not authorize the use of my artwork in AI (artificial intelligence) training or manipulation, including "painting over" my work.If possible, always leave the credits! Commercial Use: If you intend to use the artwork commercially, this must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Additional fees may apply. Credits: Please ensure that proper credit is given when sharing my artwork. If possible.

REVISIONS AND MODIFICATIONS: Free Revisions: You are entitled to free revisions if I missed a detail or if something was not clearly communicated in your request. Modification Fees: After the sketch is approved, any further changes or requests will be subject to an additional charge.

LANGUAGE: English is not my native language, so please be patient if there are any misunderstandings. I am happy to clarify details to ensure the commission meets your expectations.

URGENT ORDERS: I do accept urgent commissions, but there will be a 30% additional fee on the total price for urgent orders. Urgency Fee Adjustment: The fee may be adjusted based on the urgency and complexity of your request.

OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS: I. I retain all rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork for use in my portfolio, website, and social media platforms. This includes the right to post progress pictures and the finished artwork. II. If confidentiality is required, we can arrange a separate agreement to accommodate your needs. COSTUMER RIGHTS: As a customer, you have the right to: I. Use the artwork for personal purposes. II. Post the artwork on social media with proper credit. III. Print the artwork for personal use only. Restrictions: You are not allowed to: I.Modify my work. II. Claim my work as your own.III. Use my work in AI generators.IV. Post the artwork on social media without proper credit. V. Profit from my work by selling products or creating merchandise unless you have acquired commercial rights. Resale: Reselling or distributing my work in any form, whether digitally or physically, is not permitted unless specifically agreed upon for commercial use.

DELIVERY TIME AND PROCESS: Delivery times will vary based on the complexity of the commission and my personal schedule, including external work obligations. Please note that large and detailed commissions may take longer to complete. Average Delivery Time: Typically ranges from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the commission. Tracking Your Commission: You can follow the progress of your commission in real-time via Trello, where I will update the status of your order. Rush Orders: If you require a rush order, a 30% fee will apply.

FILE SENDING AND PROCESS: Process Overview: I. I maintain consistent communication throughout the process, from sketch to final art. II. You will receive updates at the following stages: color sketch, painting progress, final rendering. III. You will receive updates at the following stages: color sketch, painting progress, final rendering. File Format: You will receive the final artwork in both PNG format (with and without a background). Notifications: I will notify you of updates during the sketch phase, color sketches, base color, rendering, and completion. If you selected the 50/50 payment plan, I will only send updates after receiving the second payment.
